We just got in two of the coolest blind boxes I have personally seen in a while. No lame dripping spray-paint crap just rad toys. One is Tara Mcpherson's new Gama Mutant Space Friends. We happen to have opened the complete set in the first box with only a few repeats they will go on sale when we sell all the blinds. They are just awesome toys they really feel like they popped out of her illustration work the have some pretty great articulation and some even have accessories. The next rad thing which I am even more stoked on because I am a kaiju geek is the Secret Base mini figures. They freakin' sick. They are not roto but the chase on the Skullbee mold is a Balzac paint op. For those of you who don't know who Balzac is they are the raddest Misfits Horror Punk Inspired Japanese band ever(they even did a collabo with Hello Kitty). Anyways Stop By Now and take the money the government didn't already steal on Wednesday and give it to us.

I used to ride though, for fun, I would cruz around on my Haro and ride imaginary girlies on my handlebars I also flew over the moon with my pet alien one time. I got a "fixie" when I was about 14 because I listened to Hardcore and then I realized that I like going up hills and shit. Well as I sit in the Go Rilla compound and watch cars go past I see many a tool on bikes and today I sawlll one almost cause an accident and I realized this needs to be said, "new-jack bike fixie track stand doing mofos need to find a new hobby before we all die"! I got G'd up from the feet up by Triumvir today. They dropped off a goodie bag full of some pretty fresh stuff. My usual fare is ripped and spray paint covered jeans by my Jewish-Cowboy friend Levi Strauss and maybe a smelly old shirt from Target. With all do respect (to myself) I did get that Marc Jacobs watch I was eying for Christmas from co-owner of Go Rilla! Melissa soon-to-be-Harvey Redman and those running shoes I got for my not so long lasting fight to quite smoking, but now I have some stuff that isn't a complete wreck to go with it. Hey check it out, the new Choke movie is going to be released tomorrow night, September 26. Choke is a black comedy film directed by Clark Gregg adapted from the great novel by Chuck Palahniuk. We'll be there, not at the premier but at your local Santa Ana theatre causing mayhem and eating over buttered popcorn.

As a teenager growing up in the 40's Dean Moon catered to the Southern California hotrodding scene with his custom speed equipment, built in his parents garage. Today MOONEYES is the leader in nostalgic hotrod performance equipment still operating out of the original shop in Norwalk, LA County which is where we headed today in the HARVEYS van for the annual MOONEYES summer BBQ. Hundreds of hotrods and customs turned up to celebrate an icon of Southern California hotrodding.
I spent most of my time at the gift shop and garage, where they have on display the coolest collection of Ratfink stuff and nostalgic hotrodding memorabilia.

Teddy Kelly and the Go,Rilla! family stopped by the CROSBY for dinner last night. Located in Downtown SANTA banANA it's a breath of fresh air. The dimly lit black and gray decor with a functioning display of retro BOOM boxes, book store, bar and DJ booth was something more akin to the back streets of SoHo. And the food was AMAZING... nice job guys. we rate The Crosby 5 Bananas. It's located @ 400 N. Broadway, Santa Ana CA 92701, Ph 714-543-3543. Harveys teamed up with PAD to put a fresh spin on their outdoor lounge, usually bound in vinyl tubbing. PAD creates furniture and home accessories remeniscent of a James Bond movie(we're talking Sean not Pierce). The new co-lab features the signature seatbelt weave found only on HARVEYS bags. The DWELL party hosted by FORDBRADY in downtown LA's historic Kim Sing theater was the place to be this Thursday night. The event kicked off the dwell on design trade show at the LA Convention center and featured the new HARVEYS x PAD lounge chair.

FORDBRADY known for being on the forefront of furniture and architectural design is now venturing into apparel with their new showroom 722 Figueroa. You'll find obscure brands like Hufer, Harveys, Ludwig, Rivi.. to name a few.

HARVEYS created the gift bag with a limited release for the event and a live sewing demo by Mr. Dana Harvey himself. Thanks to all that came out to support
